Workouts that are less crowded & where you can get more individual attention smiley

Please tell the BAM Coach what you swim goals are so that he/she can help you achieve those goals

If you are new or visiting from out of town, please introduce yourself to the BAM Coach so that he/she can place you in the appropriate lane

It's great if you can bring your own fins, paddles & buoy to workouts

NOTE TO NON-BAM MEMBERS: The drop in fee for a BAM workout is $10 payable to the BAM Coach on deck.  The fee is in addition to the facility entry fee you pay at the front desk.  Thank you for your support and cooperation.
