Good Luck to all those competing in the Ironman on Sunday!

We will NOT have an Open Water Swim at the reservoir on Tuesday, August 4th in order to give our guards and volunteers a well desserved day off!

NEW BAM Workout Session!

Due to the large numbers at the 11 - 12 workout on Fridays at Scott Carpenter, BAM is starting a new swim session for beginner and intermediate swimmers on Fridays, 11:30 - 12:30, at Spruce Pool, starting this Friday.

Please be aware that parking at Spruce Pool is a bit challenging, particularly as the kids are finishing up swim lessons at 11:15 so, plan accordingly.

Fridays, 11 - 12 at Scott Carpenter will have 4 lanes with Coach Garrett.

Yes, the rumor is true, Coach Curt Colby is moving to Hawaii!
Curt will be coaching an age-group team on Kauai. WOW.... KAUAI!
We are happy for him yet sad to see him go.

Please join us to celebrate Curt and Marie's new adventure:

Sunday, August 9th at the Elks pool from 3-7pm

the "Free Radicals" will be providing rock music with Curt as a guess performer. Also, maybe, our Gospel group will sing a few numbers

Pot luck food, Bar available and a chance to say goodbye and thank you both ways. Not to mention swimming pool.

Congratulations to all who competed in the BAM Bare Bones this morning.
RESULTS are posted

Thank you to all the volunteers who helped make it happen!
