Welcome to Boulder Aquatic Masters!



The 6 to 7p.m. workout at South, will be cancelled on
3/10, 3/17, 3/31, and 4/14, due to Fairview Boys home swim meets. 
Sunday, March 29th - 9:30 am only


1.  Sundays, March 1 & 8th, 8 - 9:30 am at NBRC - "Special Lanes"               There will be 2 lanes for meet preparation including spints, starts & turns, relay practice starts for those participating in the State Meet.  Others that are interested in supporting this group are welcome to join in on the session.

There will be a warm-up in all six lanes and a warm-up set that will go to about 8:30-8:40 and then the pool will be divided into 4 lanes for a regular workout and 2 lanes for the special workout.

2.  Sunday, March 15, 9:30-10:30 am, NBRC Time Trial for All Levels

Swimmers interested in checking out their times and progress (and enjoy the space of a lane to oneself) this will be the opportunity to go for it!
The events will be 100's  and 50's choice with enough time inbetween to get some recovery and rest before the next swim
This will be a very informal and user friendly event!

3.  Saturday, March 14th, 7:40 - 9:00 Long Distance Time Trial

The swimmer will pick the distance ranging from a 1,000 and up (as long as it can be completed by 9:10 am)
Swimmers must provide his own timer and counter

Please let Jane know if you will be participating in this time trial and what distance you have selected.

starting May 27 through August 27
