#1 Volcanic Surprise - Swim for 3,5 or 7 minutes every 10 minutes for one hour!
#2 CocoNuts R Us - Partner with a friend & alternate swimming 5 mi on/ 5 mi off
#3 High Tide - Timed 1 or 2 mile swim
#4 Big Kahuna - See how far I can swim in an hour
#5 Taste of Kona - See how far I can swim in an hour (if you would like to  compete in the National ePostal one hour championships please contact Kirsten  kirsten@meymaris.org )

All swimmers must be per-registered to ensure tropical happiness for all involved.  All swimmers can choose to have splits recorded (timers will be available in every lane).  Sign up will close on Thursday, Jan. 29th.

Top 3 Reasons NOT TO sign up:

3) I’m lazy and don’t want to get see how far I can swim an hour.
2) I don’t like to have fun with BAM swimmers!
1) I’m too scared to see the coaches dance in grass skirts!
Top 3 Reasons TO sign up:

3)  I’m just so crazy about exercise that this is my “cup of tea”!
2) I want my name on the BAM Website (top distances will be displayed on BAM Website)
1) I want to see Entertainment a “choreographed” grass skirt dance performed by BAM coaches.

Time: 7:30am -arrive promptly at EBRC
7:40-7:55 am Warm-Up
7:55 am -lane assignments (No Late-Comers will be accepted!)
8:00-9:00am Timed Swim (with every 10 minutes a tropical-themed "act" will performed by BAM coaches!)

Where: East Boulder Rec Center

Volunteers Needed  

Volunteers will be needed to help time and record splits.  Please let us know if interested.  Volunteers will also be needed to help motivate.

Annual Extreme (under 29 or over 60 years of age) - $500
Annual Spouse - $500 thereafter
Annual Low Income – must qualify - $450
Quarterly - $225
Monthly - $100

Boulder Aquatic Masters (BAM) is a Masters Swim Club that is committed to offering a fun, welcoming environment for adult swimmers of all levels. Whether you are trying to get fit, train for a triathlon or participate in the World's Championships, BAM's world-class coaches will help you reach your goals.
